Common Roofing Requests
In most cases, The list below is the short version. If you're not sure which one fits, just start the request and we'll sort it out together.
About Roofing Champs
Learn how Roofing Champs helps homeowners request roofing help for leaks, storm damage, inspections, repairs, and replacement estimates across selected New Jersey and California markets.
Why we exist
The honest pitch: most people don't think about their roof until something's wrong. A stain on the ceiling. A shingle in the yard after a wind storm. That weird drip sound in the attic during a Cape May nor'easter or a San Jose atmospheric river. We get it - and we built this around making the next step less stressful.
So here's what we actually do. You tell us what's going on with your roof. We route the request to local roofing pros who handle the work. You compare options without anyone breathing down your neck.
Single shingle? Full re-roof? Active leak at 11 PM? Just want a written inspection before you list the house? All of it fits. No upsell pressure, no "you definitely need a new roof" pitch before anyone's even looked at it.
How requests are handled
What you can ask for
In most cases, The list below is the short version. If you're not sure which one fits, just start the request and we'll sort it out together.
Where we work
Right now, that's pockets of New Jersey (coastal Cape May County, inland Gloucester, parts of North Jersey) and California (Bay Area, Central Valley, LA/South Bay, the Valley). Local permit rules and weather patterns vary a lot between those, so we built guides for both.
What we won't do
You won't find a stock photo of a storefront and an address that turns out to be a UPS box. City pages describe where we help, not where we pretend to be.
If a roofing site claims "4.9 stars from 387 reviews" but you can't click any of them - that's invented. We'd rather show you a blank Reviews page than fake testimonials.
You see those badges everywhere. They mean nothing. We don't claim to be the best, the cheapest, or the most certified. We just want to be useful.
You won't get a "decide tonight or this price disappears" call. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. Compare, ask questions, walk away. All fine.
When it's urgent
If water is coming through your ceiling right now, stop reading and start a request. Tarping can buy you time before a permanent fix gets scheduled. Don't try to climb up there yourself in the rain - it's not worth the ER bill.
Emergency tarpingPartner disclosure
We may connect you with roofing pros or service providers in your area. The Partner Disclosure page spells out the details. Short version: it's transparent and you're never locked into anything.
Partner disclosureAnswers for homeowners
We take your roofing request - leak, storm damage, inspection, repair, replacement, whatever it is - and route it to local roofing pros who actually do the work. You stay in the driver's seat the whole way.
No. City pages describe where we help, not pretend offices that don't exist. And reviews only show up here when a real homeowner sends real feedback. We'd rather show you an empty Reviews page than make items up.
Right now, selected communities in New Jersey and California. The Service Areas page lists every city we cover with notes on what local roofs are usually fighting against.
No. Starting a request is free. The quotes you get back are non-binding, so you can compare and walk away without owing anyone anything.
Yes. If water's getting in right now - storm, fallen branch, visible hole - start the request and flag it as urgent so it gets handled fast.
Tell us what's going on up there. We'll make the next step easy.
